Every great tool emerges from real-world experience. My journey in software development began in 2008 when, as a young entrepreneur, I co-founded my first development company. Starting with just a team of students, we grew into a successful business handling over 40 complex projects and reaching ₽12M in annual revenue.

The entrepreneurial years taught me invaluable lessons about building sustainable software solutions and managing development teams. We implemented robust workflows using tools like Git, Jira, and Asana, while maintaining a strong focus on individual professional growth within our team of 25 developers.

The Transition to Enterprise

In 2019, I took on new challenges in Berlin's tech scene, joining Delivery Hero as a Golang developer. The experience of refactoring and optimizing large-scale applications sharpened my understanding of what makes code not just functional, but maintainable and scalable.
